Portland Cement - Excellent Prices For Cement, Reliable Service Exported CIF.

We Export the THREE main grades of Portland Cement CIF to ASWP. We have listed the main procedures to buy  Portland Cement under a contract or spot with shipments from 300,000 MT to over 3 Million MT per year at excellent prices.

CEMENT PROCEDURES:

1. FACTORY NEEDS ICPO with current date, destination ports, volume, full banking information, and permission to do soft probe.

*Please note: If it’s a Russian Port cement will need GOST certificates. Please indicate on your ICPO or LOI if buyer will arrange for certificate Indiependantly, or if they wish for the Cement Factory to get it for them (this service will add 20 USD per/MT to price)

2. Seller Issues FCO to be signed and returned

3. Seller issues the draft contract.

4. Buyer accepts and agrees or amends the terms and conditions of the draft contract by counter signature & companies seal and returning it to the seller.

5. Draft Contract signed by both parties and sent via email or fax that will be deemed as original and valid.

6. Hard copies of the Contract to be issued by Seller and exchanged with the Buyer.

7. Seller and Buyer will lodge the hard copies of the Contract with their respective banks.

8. The Buyer’s bank provides Proof of Funds to the Seller's bank. The Proof of Funds is the operative or non-operative LC.

9. Seller will provide the Proof of Product Bank to Bank.

Note: The Prime Banks mostly supply the POP after the LC has been established. Some U.S. banks have already implemented it while others are considering it.

Also Please note that some banks do not offer POP service, please be advised a lawyer can do it for you if this is the case for you.

10. Seller will issue 2% Performance Bond to activate the Letter of Credit.

11. Delivery and shipment commence as per Contract.
